Η ΒΟCA SPORT προκηρύξει 4 ποδοσφαιρικά τουρνουά ακαδημιών ,και έχοντας υπόψη της:

1. Την Αθλητική Νομοθεσία, για το Ερασιτεχνικό Ποδόσφαιρο, που σήμερα ισχύει.

2. Τον Κανονισμό Αγώνων Ποδοσφαίρου (Κ.Α.Π.), όπως τροποποιήθηκε και συμπληρώθηκε και που σήμερα ισχύει.

3. Τον Κανονισμό Παιδείας, όπως σήμερα ισχύει.

H BOCA SPORT πήρε την απόφαση για τη διεξαγωγή τουρνουά ακαδημιών , U17 – U15 – U13 – U11, U9, για την καλύτερη απασχόληση του νεανικού αθλητικού δυναμικού των ερασιτεχνών ποδοσφαιριστών και των Σωματείων και την τόνωση του αθλητικού πνεύματος και εν γένει της αθλητικής δραστηριότητας .

ΠΡΟΚΗΡΥΣΣΕΙ

Το τουρνουά U17 – U15 – U13 – U11, U9

Η διεξαγωγή των αγώνων για τα παραπάνω τουρνουά γίνεται σύμφωνα με τους όρους που ακολουθούν, που λαμβάνουν υπόψη τους Κανονισμούς Πρωταθλημάτων και παιδείας, αλλά και τον ιδιαίτερο χαρακτήρα των αγώνων και των αθλητών (ηλικία, σωματική διάπλαση κλπ.) που συγκροτούν τις ομάδες. Ορίζεται αρμόδια Επιτροπή αγώνων όπου θα έχει την ευθύνη της οργάνωσης και διεξαγωγής του τουρνουά .

ΑΡΘΡΟ 1

ΔΗΛΩΣΗ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗΣ

1. Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής έχουν όλα τα σωματεία – club- ομάδες futsal

2. Η δήλωση συμμετοχής σημαίνει ανεπιφύλακτη αποδοχή των όρων της προκήρυξης.

3. Τα σωματεία που θα συμμετάσχουν στο τουρνουά πρέπει υποχρεωτικά να υποβάλουν

συμπληρωμένη με όλα τα στοιχεία την υπέυθυνη δήλωση που τους χορηγείται.

4, O προπονητής πρέπει να είναι κάτοχος της Ειδικής Ταυτότητας από την Ε.Π.Ο., σε ισχύ .

5. Με τη δήλωση συμμετοχής τα σωματεία καταβάλουν αντίτιμο συμμετοχής

ΑΡΘΡΟ 2

ΟΡΟΙ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗΣ ΟΜΑΔΩΝ

• Για να συμμετάσχει ένα Σωματείο στο πρωτάθλημα πρέπει απαραίτητα να τηρεί τις παρακάτω προϋποθέσεις για την κάθε κατηγορία που θα συμμετέχει.

Α): Κατηγορια U 17 (2007-2008) 11Χ11 Μπαλά Νο 5 .

Β): Κατηγορια U 15 (2009-2010) 11Χ11 Μπαλά Νο 5 .

Γ): Κατηγορια U 13 ( 2011-2012) 11Χ11 Mπαλα No 5

Δ): Κατηγορια U 11 (2013-2014 ) 8Χ8 Mπαλα Νο 4.

Ε) Κατηγορία U 9 (2015-2016) 7Χ7 Mπαλα Νο 4.

ΣΤ) Κατηγορια U 7 ( 2017-2018) 6Χ6 Mπαλα Νο 3.

Κάθε σωματείο δύναται να συμμετάσχει σε μία ή περισσότερες κατηγορίες, με μία ομάδα ανά κατηγορία ή και δεύτερη ομάδα στην ίδια κατηγορία

Τα τμήματα του κάθε Σωματείου θα αγωνίζονται υποχρεωτικά με την ΚΑΡΤΑ ΥΓΕΙΑΣ ΕΠΟ θεωρημένη από γιατρό και με δελτία ή πιστοποιητικά γέννησης θεωρημένα με φωτογραφία η και ταυτότητα.

Για τις κατηγορίες των U17 – U15 – U13 – U11, U9 , U7 Για τους αλλοδαπούς ποδοσφαιριστές Διαβατήριο ή πιστοποιητικό γέννησης μεταφρασμένο επίσημα στα ελληνικά .

Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν επιτρέπεται η συμμετοχή ποδοσφαιριστή από το 1ο στο 2ο τμήμα και αντίστροφα. Ένας ποδοσφαιριστής μπορεί να δηλώνεται άλλης(μικρότερης;) κατηγορίας σε μεγαλύτερη κατηγορία (πχ U9 σε, U11 σε U13) με ευθύνη του σωματείου.

ΑΡΘΡΟ 3

ΚΑΤΗΓΟΡΙΑΣ (U-17) (U-15)

Σε κάθε ομάδα θα συμμετάσχουν 11 ποδοσφαιριστές (11 χ 11), οι αγώνες θα διεξάγονται σε κανονικό διαστάσεων γήπεδο, η διάρκεια των αγώνων θα είναι δύο ημίχρονα των 30΄, με ανάπαυλα 5΄, και θα χρησιμοποιείται κανονική μπάλα (5 άρα).

Η διαδικασία έχει ως εξής:

• 2 ως 4 όμιλοι των τεσσάρων ομάδων

Επιτρέπονται να αγωνίζονται όλοι οι δηλωμένοι ποδοσφαιριστές στο φύλλο αγώνος και οι αλλαγές μπορούν να γίνονται χωρίς να διακόπτεται ο αγώνας εφόσον προηγουμένως ενημερώνεται ο διαιτητής του αγώνα.

Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν επιτρέπεται η συμμετοχή δύο τμημάτων της αυτής ομάδας στον τελικό αγώνα της κατηγορίας αυτής εφ' όσον δύναται

'Όλοι οι αγώνες θα διεξάγονται με 1 ως 2 διαιτητές

(U-13) 11Χ11

Σε κάθε ομάδα θα συμμετάσχουν 11 ποδοσφαιριστές (11 χ 11), οι αγώνες θα διεξάγονται σε κανονικό διαστάσεων γήπεδο, η διάρκεια των αγώνων θα είναι δύο ημίχρονα των 25΄, με ανάπαυλα 5΄, και θα χρησιμοποιείται κανονική μπάλα (5 άρα).

Η διαδικασία έχει ως εξής:

• 2 ως 4 όμιλοι των τεσσάρων ομάδων

Επιτρέπονται να αγωνίζονται όλοι οι δηλωμένοι ποδοσφαιριστές στο φύλλο αγώνος και οι αλλαγές μπορούν να γίνονται χωρίς να διακόπτεται ο αγώνας εφόσον προηγουμένως ενημερώνεται ο διαιτητής του αγώνα.

Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν επιτρέπεται η συμμετοχή δύο τμημάτων της αυτής ομάδας στον τελικό αγώνα της κατηγορίας αυτής εφ' όσον δύναται

'Όλοι οι αγώνες θα διεξάγονται με 1 ως 2 διαιτητές

ΚΑΤΗΓΟΡΙΑΣ (U-11)

Η κάθε ομάδα θα αποτελείται από 9 ποδοσφαιριστές (9 Χ 9) και οι αγώνες θα διεξάγονται σε δύο ημίχρονα διάρκειας 25΄ το καθένα, με ενδιάμεση ανάπαυλα 5΄. ( Μπαλα Νο 4 )

Η διαδικασία έχει ως εξής:

• 2 ως 4 όμιλοι των τεσσάρων ομάδων

Επιτρέπονται να αγωνίζονται όλοι οι δηλωμένοι ποδοσφαιριστές στο φύλλο αγώνος και οι αλλαγές μπορούν να γίνονται χωρίς να διακόπτεται ο αγώνας εφόσον προηγουμένως ενημερώνεται ο διαιτητής του αγώνα.

Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν επιτρέπεται η συμμετοχή δύο τμημάτων της αυτής ομάδας στον τελικό αγώνα της κατηγορίας αυτής εφ' όσον δύναται

'Όλοι οι αγώνες θα διεξάγονται με 1 διαιτητή

ΚΑΤΗΓΟΡΙΑΣ (U-9) ( U-7)

U 9 Η κάθε ομάδα θα αποτελείται από 7 ποδοσφαιριστές (7 Χ 7) & U7 κάθε ομάδα θα αποτελείται από 5 ποδοσφαιριστές ( 5X5 ) και οι αγώνες θα διεξάγονται σε δύο ημίχρονα διάρκειας 20΄ το καθένα, με ενδιάμεση ανάπαυλα 5΄. ( Μπαλα Νο 4 )

ΔΕΝ θα τηρείται βαθμολογία για κάθε όμιλο.

Η διαδικασία έχει ως εξής:

• 2 ως 4 όμιλοι των τεσσάρων ομάδων

Επιτρέπονται να αγωνίζονται όλοι οι δηλωμένοι ποδοσφαιριστές στο φύλλο αγώνος και οι αλλαγές μπορούν να γίνονται χωρίς να διακόπτεται ο αγώνας εφόσον προηγουμένως ενημερώνεται ο διαιτητής του αγώνα.

Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν επιτρέπεται η συμμετοχή δύο τμημάτων της αυτής ομάδας στον τελικό αγώνα της κατηγορίας αυτής εφ' όσον δύναται

'Όλοι οι αγώνες θα διεξάγονται με 1 διαιτητή

ΑΡΘΡΟ 4

ΟΡΟΙ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗΣ ΠΟΔΟΣΦΑΙΡΙΣΤΩΝ

1. Απαγορεύεται σε ποδοσφαιριστή να αγωνιστεί σε δύο (2) αγώνες της ομάδας από τη λήξη του πρώτου αγώνα και την έναρξη του δεύτερου. Παράβαση της διάταξης αυτής συνεπάγεται απώλεια του δεύτερου αγώνα, σε περίπτωση υποβολής ένστασης αντικανονικής συμμετοχής (άρθρο 23, παράγρ. 11 του Κ.Α.Π.) .

2. Κάθε ομάδα έχει το δικαίωμα να δηλώσει στο φύλλο αγώνα μέχρι και είκοσι (20) ποδοσφαιριστές.

3. Στις κατηγορίες, παιδων προπαίδων , junior, προτζούνιορ, αστερακια επιτρέπεται η επαναχρησιμοποίηση ποδοσφαιριστή.

ΑΡΘΡΟ 5

ΔΙΑΣΦΑΛΙΣΗ ΚΑΝΟΝΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΚΡΙΤΙΡΙΩΝ ΤΟΥ <<ΕΥ ΑΓΩΝΙΖΕΣΘΑΙ>>

1.Για να προστατευτεί η αξιοπιστία και το αγωνιστικό επίπεδο των Παιδικών Πρωταθλημάτων και για να διασφαλιστεί η τήρηση των κανόνων και των κριτηρίων του <<ευ αγωνίζεσθαι>> από τις 2 διαγωνιζόμενες ομάδες ο διαιτητής πριν την έναρξη του αγώνα ή και στην ενδιάμεση ανάπαυλα θα διενεργεί ουσιαστικό έλεγχο στα Δελτία των αθλητών και έλεγχο ταυτοπροσωπίας στο κέντρο του γηπέδου με εργαλεία την κατάσταση υγείας και τα ΔΠ. Αθλητές που δεν θα εχουν ΚΑΡΤΑ ΥΓΕΙΑΣ ΕΠΟ θεωρημένη από γιατρό οδηγούνται εκτός αγωνιστικού χώρου.

2. Σε περίπτωση που γίνει δεκτή ένσταση αντικανονικής συμμετοχής ή πλαστοπροσωπίας ποδοσφαιριστή / -ών, θα επιβληθούν στην υπαίτια ομάδα οι κυρώσεις που προβλέπονται από τον Κ.Α.Π.. Επίσης, της υπαίτιας ομάδας θα διακοπεί ο αγώνας.

ΑΡΘΡΟ 6

ΦΑΡΜΑΚΕΥΤΙΚΟ ΥΛΙΚΟ - ΓΙΑΤΡΟΣ – ΔΙΑΣΩΣΤΗΣ – ΦΥΣΙΚΟΘΕΡΑΠΕΥΤΗΣ ΑΓΩΝΑ

Κάθε σωματείο πρέπει να είναι εφοδιασμένο με το απαραίτητο φαρμακευτικό υλικό και λοιπά μέσα πρώτων βοηθειών σύμφωνα με τον Κ.Α.Π., για την χρησιμοποίησή του από τους ποδοσφαιριστές.

Όλοι οι αγώνες θα πρέπει να διεξάγονται με- ΓΙΑΤΡΟΣ – ΔΙΑΣΩΣΤΗΣ – ΦΥΣΙΚΟΘΕΡΑΠΕΥΤΗΣ . η εταιρία boca sport θα έχει ανα αγώνα παρουσία- ΓΙΑΤΡΟΣ – ΔΙΑΣΩΣΤΗΣ – ΦΥΣΙΚΟΘΕΡΑΠΕΥΤΗΣ για την παροχή Α' βοηθειών στη διάρκεια των αγώνων που δίνει.

ΑΡΘΡΟ 7ο

ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑ ΑΓΩΝΩΝ

1. Η boca sport είναι η μόνη αρμόδια για τον ορισμό αγώνων σε συνεργασία με τους προπονητές καθώς και για τον ορισμό γηπέδων διεξαγωγής των αγώνων

2. Τα σωματεία είναι υποχρεωμένα να ενημερώνονται για το πρόγραμμα των ομάδων τους που συμμετέχουν στα παιδικά πρωταθλήματα ΜΟΝΟΝ από τον πίνακα ανακοινώσεων της BOCA και την ιστοσελίδα της στο διαδίκτυο (www.bocasport.goaly.net ) με ευθύνη του υπεύθυνου της ομάδας.

3. Αιτήματα σωματείων για αναβολές ή τροποποίηση του προγράμματός τους θα γίνονται δεκτά έπειτα από συνεννόηση .

4. Η πιθανή συμφωνία των 2 διαγωνιζόμενων ομάδων δεν αποτελεί λόγο αναβολής.

5. Η boca sport μπορεί να ορίσει αγώνα κατ εξαίρεση και άλλη μέρα ή ώρα, εφόσον κατά την κρίση της συντρέχει λόγος.

ΑΡΘΡΟ 8

ΠΑΡΟΥΣΙΑΣΗ ΟΜΑΔΩΝ,

ΤΕΛΕΣΗ, ΜΗ ΤΕΛΕΣΗ, ΑΝΑΒΟΛΗ, ΔΙΑΚΟΠΗ ΑΓΩΝΑ

1. Τα σωματεία οφείλουν να μεριμνούν ώστε να προσέρχονται κανονικά στους προγραμματισμένους αγώνες του πρωταθλήματος της κατηγορίας ή των κατηγοριών που συμμετέχουν. Κάθε ομάδα οφείλει να προσέρχεται στο γήπεδο τέλεσης του αγώνα τουλάχιστον μισή ώρα πριν από την προγραμματισμένη ώρα έναρξης του αγώνα και να παρουσιάζεται έγκαιρα στον αγωνιστικό χώρο, έτοιμη για την έναρξη του αγώνα.

2. Αν οι καιρικές συνθήκες είναι τέτοιες που εγκυμονούν κινδύνους για την υγεία ή τη σωματική ακεραιότητα των μικρών ποδοσφαιριστών (π.χ. υπερβολικό κρύο, κλπ. ), με δεδομένη τη μικρή ηλικία και αντοχή των νεαρών ποδοσφαιριστών, οι υπεύθυνοι των δύο διαγωνιζόμενων ομάδων, πάντα σε συνεννόηση και με το διαιτητή του αγώνα, δύνανται να συναποφασίσουν τη μη τέλεση ή τη διακοπή του αγώνα.

3. Η απόφαση μη τέλεσης ή διακοπής του αγώνα και οι λόγοι που οδήγησαν σε αυτήν θα αναγράφονται ΥΠΟΧΡΕΩΤΙΚΑ στο φύλλο αγώνα και θα υπογράφεται από τους υπεύθυνους και τους αρχηγούς των δύο ομάδων.

Proclamation of Academies Tournament in Volos, Magnesia Greece and kalamata cup

Easter volos : 29/04 until 01/05/2024

BOCA SPORT, in collaboration 4 youth football tournaments, taking into consideration:

1.The Sports Legislation governing Amateur Football currently in force.

2.The Football Regulations (K.A.P.) as amended and supplemented, presently in effect.

3.The Education Regulations currently in force.

These tournaments aim to uphold the standards set by the aforementioned legal frameworks, ensuring a professional and compliant environment for the development of young football talent. There are youth tournaments for U17, U15, U13, U11, U9 and U7age categories. This initiative aims to optimally engage the youthful athletic potential of amateur football players and clubs, fostering the enhancement of sportsmanship and overall sports activity. The tournaments seek to provide a platform for the development of young football talents, contributing to the vitality of both players and clubs. Additionally, the events aim to boost the sporting spirit and, more broadly, the enthusiasm for athletic pursuits.

Youth tournaments for U17, U15, U13, U11, U9 and U7 age categories

The matches for the aforementioned tournaments will be conducted in accordance with the following terms, taking into consideration the Regulations of Championships and Education, as well as the unique characteristics of the matches and athletes (age, physical attributes, etc.) that constitute the teams. Additionally, a competent Match Committee is appointed, responsible for the organization and execution of the tournament.

ARTICLE 1

PARTICIPATION DECLARATION

1.All associations, clubs, and futsal teams have the right to participate.

2.The participation declaration implies an unconditional acceptance of the terms outlined in the announcement.

3.Participating associations must compulsorily submit a completed, detailed declaration, including all necessary information, provided to them.

4.The coach must hold a valid Special Identification issued by the Hellenic Football Federation (E.P.O.).

5.Along with the participation declaration, associations are required to submit the participation fee.

ARTICLE 2

TEAM PARTICIPATION TERMS

For a Club to participate in the championship, it is imperative to adhere to the following prerequisites for each category in which it intends to participate.

A: Category U17 (2007-2008) - 11-a-side, Ball No 5.

B: Category U15 (2009-2010) - 11-a-side, Ball No 5.

C: Category U13 (2011-2012) - 11-a-side, Ball No 5.

D: Category U11 (2013-2014) - 8-a-side, Ball No 4.

E: Category U9 (2015-2016) - 7-a-side, Ball No 4.

F: Category U7 (2017-2018) - 6-a-side, Ball No 3.

Each club is eligible to participate in one or more categories, with one team per category or even a second team in the same category. The teams of each club are required to compete with the EPO Health Card, validated by a doctor, and with birth certificates or identity cards, including a photograph.

For the U17 – U15 – U13 – U11 – U9 - U7 categories, foreign players must provide a Passport or a translated birth certificate officially in Greek. Under no circumstances is the participation of a player allowed to move from the 1st team to the 2nd team and vice versa. A player may declare for a lower category in a higher age group (e.g., U9 to U11 or U13) at the club's discretion.

ARTICLE 3

CATEGORY (U-17) (U-15)

In each team, 11 players (11 x 11) will participate, and the matches will be played on a standard-sized field. The duration of the matches will consist of two halves of 30 minutes each, with a 5-minute halftime break. A regular-sized ball (Size 5) will be used.

The procedure is as follows:

• 2 to 4 groups of four teams each.

All declared players on the match sheet are allowed to play, and substitutions can be made without interrupting the match, provided the referee is informed in advance.

Under no circumstances is the participation of two teams from the same club allowed in the final match of the same category, if possible.

All matches will be officiated by 1 to 2 referees.

CATEGORY (U-13) 11Χ11

In each team, 11 players (11 x 11) will participate, and the matches will be played on a standard-sized field. The duration of the matches will consist of two halves of 25 minutes each, with a 5-minute halftime break. A regular-sized ball (Size 5) will be used.

The procedure is as follows:

• 2 to 4 groups of four teams each.

All declared players on the match sheet are allowed to participate, and substitutions can be made without interrupting the match, provided the referee is informed in advance.

Under no circumstances is the participation of two teams from the same club allowed in the final match of the same category, if possible.

CATEGORY (U-11)

Each team will consist of 9 players (9 x 9), and the matches will be played in two halves, each lasting 25 minutes, with a 5-minute halftime break. (Ball Size 4) The procedure is as follows:

• 2 to 4 groups of four teams each.

All declared players on the match sheet are allowed to participate, and substitutions can be made without interrupting the match, provided the referee is informed in advance.

Under no circumstances is the participation of two teams from the same club allowed in the final match of the same category, if possible.

All matches will be officiated by 1 referee.

CATEGORY (U-9) ( U-7)

U9: Each team will consist of 7 players (7 x 7), and the matches will be played in two halves, each lasting 20 minutes, with a 5-minute halftime break. (Ball Size 4)

U7: Each team will consist of 5 players (5 x 5), and the matches will be played in two halves, each lasting 20 minutes, with a 5-minute halftime break. (Ball Size 4) No scoring will be maintained for each group.

The procedure is as follows:

• 2 to 4 groups of four teams each.

All declared players on the match sheet are allowed to participate, and substitutions can be made without interrupting the match, provided the referee is informed in advance.

Under no circumstances is the participation of two teams from the same club allowed in the final match of the same category, if possible.

All matches will be officiated by 1 referee.

ARTICLE 4

PLAYER PARTICIPATION TERMS

1.A player is prohibited from participating in two (2) matches of the team from the conclusion of the first match until the commencement of the second. Violation of this provision results in the forfeiture of the second match, in case of a protest regarding irregular participation (Article 23, paragraph 11 of the C.A.P.).

2.Each team has the right to declare up to twenty (20) players on the match sheet.

3.In the categories of children, juniors, youth, and little stars, the reuse of a player is allowed.

ARTICLE 5

ENSURING THE RULES AND CRITERIA OF "PLAY FAIR"

1.In order to protect the integrity and competitive level of the Youth Championships and ensure compliance with the rules and criteria of "play fair" by the two competing teams, the referee, before the start of the match or during the halftime break, will conduct a thorough check of the players' IDs and verify their identity on the field, using health status tools and IDs. Players without a valid EPF Health Card certified by a doctor will be escorted out of the playing area.

2.In case an objection regarding irregular participation or player impersonation is accepted, the responsible team will face the sanctions stipulated by the C.A.P. Additionally, the match of the culpable team will be suspended.

ARTICLE 6

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT - DOCTOR – PARAMEDIC – PHYSIOTHERAPIST DURING MATCH

Every club must be equipped with the necessary medical supplies and other first aid tools according to the C.A.P., for use by the players.

All matches must be conducted with the presence of a DOCTOR – PARAMEDIC – PHYSIOTHERAPIST. The company "Boca Sport" will provide, per match, the presence of a DOCTOR – PARAMEDIC – PHYSIOTHERAPIST to offer first aid during the matches it covers.

ARTICLE 7

MATCH SCHEDULE

1.Boca Sport is the sole authority for scheduling matches in collaboration with the coaches and for designating the venues for the matches.

2. Clubs are obliged to stay informed about the schedule of their teams participating in youth championships ONLY through the notice board of BOCA and its website on the internet (www.bocasport.goaly.net) under the responsibility of the team manager.

3.Requests from clubs for postponements or modifications of their schedule will be considered only after consultation.

4. The possible agreement between the 2 competing teams is not a reason for a postponement.

5.Boca Sport may schedule a match on an exceptional day or time if, in its judgment, there is a compelling reason

ARTICLE 8

TEAM PRESENTATION, COMPLETION, NON-COMPLETION, POSTPONEMENT, INTERRUPTION OF MATCH

1.Clubs must ensure that they attend the scheduled matches of the championship or categories they participate in. Each team must arrive at the match venue at least half an hour before the scheduled start time and be present on the field, ready for the match.

2.If weather conditions pose risks to the health or physical integrity of young players (e.g., extreme cold, etc.), given their young age and endurance, the responsible parties of the two competing teams, always in consultation with the match referee, may jointly decide not to complete or interrupt the match.

3.The decision not to complete or interrupt the match and the reasons leading to it must be MANDATORILY recorded in the match report and signed by the responsible parties and captains of the two teams.
